What is your return policy?

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns. Please verify your size before making a purchase. We recommend trying on items at a Lululemon store prior to completing your order.

My item did not come as described. What should I do?

If you've received an incorrect or damaged item, please reach out, and we'll promptly resolve the issue. You must contact us within 72 hours of delivery.

My item didn't fit, what should I do with it now? 

For items in new condition with tags, you may attempt returns at select Lululemon stores for store credit. Alternatively, consider selling via platforms like Facebook Marketplace, Poshmark, or Mercari.
